Please do not send detailed medical records through the form. Bring them to your consultation instead.
Why We Use It
We use your details only to contact you about your appointment and the care you ask for. We use analytics to understand which pages help patients and to improve the website. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who Can See It
- Dr. Gadkari and the clinic staff who arrange appointments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and delivers appointment requests to the clinic by email on our behalf.
- Google, for website analytics and for the maps shown on our location pages, and WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
How Long We Keep It
We keep appointment requests only as long as needed to arrange your care and meet legal and medical record-keeping rules, and then delete them.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you gave us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time, by emailingkuldeepgadkari@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
